Platform Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) explain how you may use the Auraxai platform and set out the respective rights and responsibilities of you, the user, and the platform operator. Review them carefully before accessing the platform, creating an account or completing a transaction. They constitute the binding agreement between the parties.

Creating an account, signing in, using platform functions or otherwise interacting with Auraxai means that you accept these Terms of Use in full. The platform is available only to adults aged 18 or above. Minors and individuals without legal capacity are prohibited from using it. Where a user’s age is uncertain, we may suspend, limit or close the relevant account.

Access may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, technical faults or service outages, including issues linked to volatile markets, unusually heavy server demand or events outside our control. We work to maintain reliable availability but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Platform tools, algorithms, pricing and available markets may be altered, added or removed at any time, without creating a claim against Auraxai.

Platform materials—including written content, graphics, layouts, software, algorithms, trademarks, logos and AI-generated analysis—are protected by copyright, trade mark rights and other intellectual property rights owned by Auraxai or its licensors. You must not reproduce, distribute, communicate publicly or use these materials commercially without our prior written consent. Breaches may lead to civil or criminal action.

You are responsible for submitting information that is accurate, complete and current, including identity, contact and payment details. False, incomplete or deceptive information can lead to account restrictions, suspended withdrawals or legal proceedings. We manage personal information under our privacy policy and applicable Australian privacy requirements, using appropriate security and transparency measures.

You remain solely responsible for every investment or trading decision made through Auraxai, whether placed manually or generated through AI automation, and accept the associated risks. Auraxai supplies technical tools and infrastructure only; it does not offer personal financial advice, recommendations or profit assurances. Markets such as shares and cryptocurrency may be extremely volatile, and you could lose all invested capital. Earlier performance does not predict future outcomes. Commit only funds you can afford to lose.

These Terms may be revised or extended from time to time to reflect regulatory updates, technological change or evolving market requirements. Where appropriate, we will provide notice within a reasonable period, normally no less than 14 days beforehand, by email, platform message or website notice. If you continue using the platform after changes take effect, you are deemed to have accepted them. You may close your account if the changes are material.

We place emphasis on clear processes and account security. Our measures may include strong encryption, periodic reviews, segregated client funds and rigorous KYC/AML controls. Activities and transactions are documented in a clear, traceable manner. We seek to deal with customers fairly, honestly and responsibly, and treat your confidence in the platform as important.
